Omegapoint Group signs Partnership agreement with Cinode, the market-leading Skills Management platform.

Omegapoint is a consulting company specialized in cyber security and secure digitization, with over 400 consultants in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Umeå and Uppsala. They have now signed a partnership agreement with Cinode, the market-leading Skills Management platform.

– I have followed Cinode since 2013 so when the supplier of our previous consulting profile tool decided to discontinue the service, Cinode was top of mind. With Cinode, we have managed to replace our previous CV tool, our CRM and two critical Excel sheets, with one single system. We have connected all companies within the corporation through Cinode, and we use their API to integrate all our business systems, says Roger Bille, Sales Managerat Omegapoint.

The Cinode platform enables the identification and visualization of skills, as well as it helps managers allocate resources. Matching the right person to the right assignment based on skills and availability, regardless of the employee being an internal or external resource. In recent years, the company has seen an increase in demand, and they now have tens of thousands of users in over 20 countries.
