Christmas is just around the corner and another year has almost passed. During the year, we released many new functions to sharpen our offer within Skills Management and there will be more in 2023.

We are constantly working to improve our tools and continuously launch new functions for the platform. An important part of this work is listening to what our customers are asking for.

In 2022, we made more case videos and these have given us valuable insights as to best create the best possible value for our customers.

Appointing the right person for the right assignment is clearly crucial for a project to be implemented. A business that conducts its daily work in a transparent manner simultaneously strengthens the corporate culture and increases commitment within the company. In addition there are basic prerequisites if the work is to be successful.

By making your support visible at individual, team and company level, you will have all important information close at hand. Consequently, this will make it possible to act quickly  and meet every business opportunity.

Show Your Skills in 3 seconds

It should be easy to create new CVs! During the autumn, we released our requested cv import. Forget the time-consuming work of packaging CVs from employees, sub-consultants and candidates – with Cinode’s new cv import, you can take an existing cv and repackage it in your cv template, all in just a few seconds. Simultaneously the person becomes searchable, matchable and included directly in the skills inventory. Talk about a time saver, right?

1. Upload a cv or a consultant profile in any format in the cv import.
2. Cinode analyzes the content and maps it into the various fields in Cinode. If you have an updated profile on Linkedin, you simply export a pdf from there, which you then import into Cinode.

Last spring, we launched the Cinode Skill set function to help your company easily keep track of your employees’ skills and how well they match mission-specific requirements. Then you can quickly identify your skills gap and analyze what you need to achieve to move forward.

By using Cinode Growth Plans, you can reveal your ambitions, formulate visions and follow up on your goals. Such information can be used, for example, at a later stage as a basis for discussion and reconciliation with your manager/team leader.
