Choosing the right person for the right role is crucial to the project’s success. Furthermore it affects organisation development in regard to teaching, personnel turnover and ability to provide the desired skills.

  • Who in the organisation is looking for this sort of role? 
  • Do skills have to be internal? Do we have candidates moving in?
  • If we have no internal skills available, what is the situation regarding accessible competence look like in regard to our network in terms of freelancers/sub-contractors/partners?
