IWD 2022 – Female rolemodels

Today, we continue to promote international women’s day.

Gender equality and diversity are not topics that should only be discussed on IWD. It is important that we continue to raise the issue in our workplaces and in our private lives throughout this week, and all year round.

We’ve asked members of the team who their female role model is. Here’s what Johan, Mattias and Camilla has to say:

Johan Haeger, Head of Enterprise Sales

To me, all women in an industry dominated by men are heroes. Unfortunately, over the years I have seen how tough and even unfair work environments and career opportunities can be, especially in the third world.

One person I am impressed by is Åsa Landén Ericsson, CEO of C.A.G Group. Her communication is simple, clear and inspiring, and she always sets high growth goals.

In honour of International Women’s Day, I would like to pay tribute to my wife Emelie and all my fantastic female colleagues.

Fanny Widman, who runs the podcast “Fanny’s role models”. I admire her way of challenging structures and behavioural patterns.

Pernilla Ramslöv, Founder and CEO of NOX Consulting. She has previously been named the Business’s most powerful female entrepreneur.

Camilla Åhgren, Head of Customer Success
