AddPro is leveling up. The organisation is now adding fuel to its growth journey by strengthening the collaboration with Cinode within Skills Management.
For the past four years, the Stockholm office has collaborated with Cinode. The new deal takes the collaboration one step further, with AddPro implementing the platform across the whole organisation.
In 2020, AddPro welcomed a new owner. The organisation is now preparing to grow its business organically and through acquisitions.
– The goal is to recruit 100 new employees in 2021. With Cinode, we get all our knowledge gathered, searchable, and presented, which means that the platform is an important part of our growth journey, says Eric Kullander, consulting manager at AddPro in Stockholm.
Increased transparency
Our main focus is recruiting and training staff and working with competence management on an organisational level. The Cinode platform supports this process and increases internal transparency, which means that the company will be able to see the results of its expansion strategy more quickly.
– Previously, we have worked with consulting profiles in spreadsheets and numerous documents. With Cinode, we save a lot of time. When we have full control of our skills and an overview of our collective knowledge, we can create smoother synergy between the various teams, departments, and regions. Cinode thus helps us to run faster, says Eric.
AddPro provides services in Secure & Efficient IT and has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Kristianstad. They have had exponential growth and expansion since the company was founded in 2000.
More efficient collaborations
Together with the project group at Addpro, Cinode has set up frameworks and guidelines for the upcoming rollout. The platform enables a streamlined way of working. At the same time, the quality of AddPro’s profiles increases, and the appearance of the company’s CV templates are sharpened.
– It has been a pleasure following AddPros development and getting to be involved in creating additional value for the organization. Eric and I have worked together for many years. Already at an early stage, we discussed the value that Cinode can create for the company by streamlining internal collaborations.
