NEKTAB selects Cinode – automates the entire partner process to support continued growth in the power grid industry

Cinode is entrusted to deliver a scalable end-to-end solution for CRM, resource planning, skills management, and automated partner management to NEKTAB – one of Sweden’s fastest-growing engineering consulting firms in the power grid sector.

NEKTAB, a company with annual revenues exceeding SEK 420 million and consistent growth of 30–50 percent per year, has chosen Cinode as its strategic platform to support its continued expansion. Specializing in the power grid sector, NEKTAB works extensively with partners and subcontractors. More than 60 percent of its business is conducted in collaboration with external parties, placing high demands on efficient system support to manage large volumes of requests, framework agreements, skills, and communication.

Cinode replaces NEKTAB’s previous CRM system and seamlessly integrates with the company’s broader ecosystem – including the financial and time reporting system Kleer, e-signing via Oneflow, document management in SharePoint, and analytics and visualization in Power BI.

The result is a fully automated workflow where incoming requests, partner communications, skills matching, and agreements are all managed digitally – from the initial contact to final reporting.
