To accelerate our growth, we need a CGO that can ignite, challenge, and push the company into scale-up readiness and efficiency.



As a CGO, you are responsible for absorbing and crunching data and numbers and turning insights into scalable actions. You stay on top of product development needs and create strategies to scale our business.



We are looking for an ambitious, prestigeless, fearless, and trustworthy team player with great technical knowledge that can help us take our app and company to the next level.




Chief Growth Officer

A CGO is a member of the Company Management Board with a direct report to CEO.

Coordinate key stakeholders within the organization for all CGO-related areas of responsibility, but no direct personnel.

Understand trends and customer needs, and convert research into action, in order to secure future growth and to secure changing customer attitudes and requirements.

Responsibility

The CGO is responsible for Implementing and coordinating a KPI-and SaaS metric-driven strategy across the whole company and customer journey.

They have full ownership of the execution of the “decided budget” and the Growth- and Acceleration plan(s) decided with the management board.

Traits

We are looking for a person that has a KPI-, analytical- and insights-driven mentality, as well as grit and an innovative approach.

The role requires excellent time management, a hands-on approach, and a great ability to execute projects and multitask.

Previous experience

Proven track record and experience in true SaaS scale-up strategy and execution. Domain knowledge and experience, done it before! Know how to move companies from start-up to scale up! Hands-on approach.

The hands-on experience of managing, living, and building rapid growth (true operational experience) is the key competence.

Experience from a management consultancy perspective is a plus but not mandatory.
