Revenue forecast in Cinode

This week we have a new release with efficiency improvements as well as new features, such as the Revenue Forecast report. A shortlist of news:

  • The Revenue Forecast report; get a quick overview of your booked revenue per month over a 6- or 12-month period

  • Enhanced view in Utilization – Forecast

Revenue forecast

In order to gain further visibility on future revenue, we now offer a new report in Talent Business; the Revenue Forecast report. To manage the report, you need access to the function Report -> Projects by having Company Manager rights. The bar chart report visualizes your company’s booked revenue over a six or twelve month period. The bars indicate revenue per month and are based on the indicated time period, extent and price for assigned roles reduced by the planned absence for the assigned consultant.

It is possible to filter the report on Period and/or Teams.

Simplified customer administration

To simplify customer administration, we now facilitate the handling around customer deletion in a more accessible manner. Browse the customer detail site, click the icon with the dots and choose Remove.

To confirm the deletion, rewrite the customers’ name before removal.

Improvements in team administration

We made it easier to administer your teams by implementing functionality to move team members to another team when removing a team.

If you want to delete a team, you can easily move all members to another team. If the team member is assigned to a role, the role will automatically be mover over to the new team. This has impact on the Utilization calculations in Cinode.

Select which team you want to move members to and remove the team by re-entering the name of the team you want to delete.

Forecast view

To optimize usability in Utilization – Forecast view, the header cells now show the date interval, week number and month is now locked to the top when scrolling down.
