Highlights from Q1 & Q2

The first half of 2022 has just come to an end. During the past 6 months, we’ve welcomed new team members and customers, we’ve launched new functions and improvements, we’ve hosted webinars and events, and much more. 

We would like to thank all of our awesome team members, our users, and customers for being a part of this journey, and for continuously supporting us.

• “The digital maturity of the Professional Services industry in 2022″ – Despite high levels of digitalization in the industry, our report shows that the digital maturity of Professional Services companies is low. This is due to companies prioritizing customers over their in-house digitalization.
• “Equality in the consulting industry” – For the eighth year in a row, Cinode released its annual equality report which takes a look at the gender balance in the industry.

• Cinode App Market launch – Cinode App Market offers Cinode users a variety of ready-made integrations, making it possible to easily create a custom-made *best-of-breeds” solution
• Cinode Growth Plans – Growth plans enable users to visualize goals and ambitions and clearly communicate them to their managers. The function also helps users and managers to plan the necessary actions required to achieve goals.
• Cinode Skills set – Skills set is a tool that enables managers to define groups of skills that they need in-house, in a specific team, and for an assignment and/or project. Skills sets can be compared to a skills inventory in order to identify skill gaps and recruitment needs.
• A new resume engine with an updated UI – The new resume engine makes it easier to work with multiple resumes at the same time. With our CV import function (to be released) you can easily upload any document (pdf, word etc) to Cinode and create customized CVs based on templates.

Cinode partners up with Lime –  The integration provides users with a seamless process, from sales, matching, and CV generation, to closed deals

In June, Cinode partnered with Mirovia and TechSverige to discuss the skills gap, how it has come to affect companies throughout Sweden, and actions that are required to bridge the gap.
