IT consultancy Netlight is built around people with a passion for technology and people. John works in Talent Management, the division of Netlight that focuses on recruitment and growth.

Gunnar is our engagement manager and has a role within sales and business development. Both John and Gunnar are passionate about gender equality and came together to meet the challenge of engaging more men in championing this cause. They have developed Purple Pill together with other Netlighters and it has been received with tremendous enthusiasm. It is their belief that all IT companies should work actively with this issue.
