Cinode is now launching the possibility to get deeper insights about your processes, for both sales and recruitment. The new funnel reports, located under Reports, enables You to overview sales opportunities and recruitment candidates flowing through your Project and Recruitment pipes.
Our improved Recruitment list view streamlines your recruitment work with quick adds of notes, tasks and meetings. Together with that we also launch even more improvements to customer, projects and partner functions.
With the new Pipe history report, you are able to analyse your sales and staffing processes. By using the report, you easily get information about the flow of requests in your pipe over a given time frame. The different stages in the pipe are analysed by the number of requests and their movement between stages in your pipe together with percentage of progress made from previous stages.
The clock icon indicates the average number of days the project has been processed in the previous stage. By using this data, it is possible to analyse how fast a request is being processed and how successful you are within your sales organisation by pushing request forward in your sales pipeline.
The graph is giving you a brief overview of lost and won projects and the total estimated value. Below the graph a list of included requests in the report is shown.
Cinode is now giving you the opportunity for better Recruitment analysis by launching the new Recruitment Pipe History report. You find the new report under Reports – Recruitment.
The pipe history report gives you the opportunity to analyse the flow of candidates over given time in your recruitment processes. You can also see how many candidates were lost and won during the given time range.
The number of candidates that have been processed during the period is shown along with percentage of candidates that made progress from the previous stage.
This analysis gives you a quick overview the outcome of a certain period of time for a particular recruiter or for the entire recruitment pipe. By analysing the number of candidates that flow through the pipe and in which step a candidate is won or lost, there is an opportunity to set the appropriate action plans for each step.
The list of names visible under your Pipe history report gives detailed information about the candidates in the report.
The recruitment candidate list view is now boosted with quicker ways to add a short note on a candidate and the possibility to add new Tasks or Meetings straight from your list of candidates. With these shortcuts you will no longer need to step into each candidate detail page when you need to add info to your candidates.
The API has been extended with more endpoints for the possibility to integrate Cinode with other solutions. More end points from the customer feature has been added.
The Current events components shown for your Customers, Projects and Subcontractors now list events occurring one week back until 4 weeks ahead.
The possibility to sort out customer and projects by last activity date is now added to the filters in the List views for Customer and Project. This gives the opportunity to filter out customers and projects that have or haven’t been attended to during a certain period of time.
For the Partner module we also improved responding to an advertised project request. For an incoming request it is possible to recall or change a given response when you offer consultants back to the partner company advertising a project need. This means that you as a responding partner can alter consultants, change the selected resume or requested price in an already sent answer.
