Subcontractors in Utilization

Cinode releases even more exciting news and improved functionality. We make it easier to work with Subcontractors and Resource planning by adding Subcontractors to our Timeline. Beyond that, we also add utilization through Preliminary assigned projects to our forecast.

Work with the projects of your Subcontractors in Utilization – Timeline

Make it easier to work with Subcontractors in Cinode by using the possibility to plan and follow up assigned and preliminary assigned Projects in the Timeline. You get the graphical view in a timeline over the projects of your Subcontractors. Use the new choice Subcontractors in the menu. By selecting the filter Groups, you easily sort out the group of Subcontractors you want to work with. The groups are fetched from the Partner module.

The view shows utilization level in percent, assigned and preliminary assigned projects as well as chosen time span.

Don´t forget to use our shortcuts to edit the details of the role such as end date by using the pen. It is also possible to go to the pages of the role, the project or the customer by clicking the headlines.

Subcontractors in Timeline is available for you that are Partner Manager and has access to the Talent Business module

Preliminary Utilization Prognosis

In Utilization – Forecast the new filter Base on is available which gives you the possibility to in the Forecast view also see Utilization based on Preliminary booked assignments. This gives you a more accurate estimate over future utilization levels.

The number after the + by the utilization level is the preliminary utilization level and can be added to the original calculation. The number is based on two factors;
1. The probability for the projects fetched from the probability in percent set in the pipe stage or the overriding probability set in the project.
2. How many consultants that are preliminary assigned to the project.

Utilization Forecast Report
See the preliminary utilization level in the Utilization Forecast Report by selecting the filter Base on Definitive and Preliminary. Green specifies calculated utilization and blue preliminary utilization.
