How satisfied are you with your current consulting assignment? Does your consultant manager know? When is it time to make a change?

When you, as a manager, salesperson, or team lead, have access to up-to-date information about how your consultants are doing, you can act at the right time. This leads to more satisfied consultants, better delivery, and lower staff turnover.

Many consulting managers lack the tools to truly understand how their consultants experience their assignments.
With Role Satisfaction in Cinode, it’s easier than ever to gauge satisfaction – continuously and insightfully.

Simple, continuous, and private – directly in Cinode

With Role Satisfaction, consultants can regularly rate how satisfied they are with their assignments – directly in Cinode. The responses are private, but visible to relevant people in the organization, such as consultant managers and sales representatives. This makes it easier to:

  • Detect dissatisfaction in time.
  • Stay one step ahead – understand when it’s time for a consultant to switch assignments.
  • Strengthen the dialogue between consultant and manager.
  • Plan the next step for each individual.

Here’s how it works:

  1. The consultant can easily leave a rating (1–5) and a comment about how satisfied they are with their assignment – directly in their Cinode Dashboard. The consultant manager can also register this information, for example during follow-up meetings, to capture and highlight the consultant’s experience.
  2. With a simple checkbox next to the rating, consultants can also signal if they want to switch assignments. There’s also an option to leave a comment.

3. The results are displayed to the consultant during ongoing assignments, as well as, for example, on the Role page.
