By our new last-touch-date function we simplify GDPR work surrounding recruitment. You can easily sort out candidates you haven’t processed for a given time frame.

A reference case gives a detailed view in how your organization previously has solved customers challenges and is a meaningful compliment to your offering.

In the tab reference text in a project you can now directly in Cinode add project specific information on a delivered project. This results in an easy to see overview on roles and people involved as well as other information regarding the project. All of this is then easily searched and accessible in one location.

Last-touch-date – Simplify your GDPR handling of candidates in recruitment

Keep track of when you last processed your candidates in Cinode. Now there is the opportunity to utilize our last-touch-date function to filter out the candidates you most recently have processed or not processed. Through the filter “last updated” you can sort out candidates by last action in a specific time frame.

The candidates you most recently updated in this time interval are listed. This means you have added or removed an attachment, made a note or in some way processed the information surrounding the candidate.

By easily sorting out the candidates you processed in a passed timeframe related to your GDPR policy you can easily sort out what candidates need to be removed from the system.
