The feature also allows targets to be set for the number of certified professionals per certification and tracks progress against deadlines enabling Telia Cygate to proactively meet partner program requirements.

The Result

Telia Cygate now has full visibility over its certifications. They can easily see which certifications exist, when they expire, and which need to be renewed. This allows them to act proactively instead of reacting when it’s already too late.

The data is clean, reliable, and easy to keep up to date. The information can be used directly in reports, profiles, and CVs.

Certification management is part of Telia Cygate’s broader use of Cinode. Through the platform, they have moved from fragmented data to a holistic view of the entire consulting business, with revenue and utilization forecasts presented to strategic leadership and senior management at Telia Sweden.
