HR Systems & Reporting Analyst
At WeQuel, we are now looking for an HR Systems & Reporting Analyst who will become an important part of the client’s R&D organization, with a focus on HR systems, HR data and reporting solutions. In this role, you will support the development, operation and continuous improvement of HR systems and reporting, translating HR business requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions. You will ensure data quality, perform system testing, support users and contribute to more standardized and efficient HR processes and tools.

Your responsibilities:
* Management and validation of HR data – quality, consistency and transparency
* Development and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards based on business needs
* Translation of HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions
* Support in testing, releases and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions
* Identification of opportunities for standardization, simplification and automation
* Functional support, documentation and guidance to HR users
You work independently within clearly defined areas of responsibility, analyze data and system-related issues, propose practical solutions and ensure high-quality delivery, while collaborating effectively with HR, HR Controlling, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting
* Experience with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment
* University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT or similar
* Fluent English
* Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, e.g. SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems
* Good skills in SQL and Excel
* Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis

Meritorious:
* Additional education or training within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting
* Good skills in Power BI
* Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations (deep SAP configuration knowledge not required)
* Knowledge of Python
* Knowledge of automation, e.g. Power Automate, scripting or AI-assisted reporting
* Portuguese, Swedish or German
Assignment details:
* Start: ASAP
* End: 6 months from start
* Workload: 100%
* Remote: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office (approx. 40–60% remote); specific days agreed within the team
* Maximum notice period: ASAP
* Interview format: Min. 1 interview with hiring manager + team members
