Senior Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced vulnerability management engineer to lead the work of identifying and remediating security risks across the company's computers and other devices. The role focuses on reducing organizational risk, improving patching and remediation processes, and collaborating with IT, security, and operations teams. You will also contribute to the development of security policies and support junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

Perform continuous vulnerability scanning (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Microsoft Defender)

Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact

Coordinate patching and other remediation efforts with IT and application teams

Ensure coverage across various platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, cloud, OT/factories)

Maintain and improve vulnerability management tools and processes

Collaborate with the Cyber Defence Center and contribute to strategy and roadmap

Report status, trends, and key metrics to management and stakeholders

Create guidelines, training, and playbooks for different environments

Participate in developing the company's vulnerability management framework

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in vulnerability management and endpoint security

Knowledge of tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and OT environments

Strong analytical skills and experience communicating with various stakeholders

Experience working within structured cybersecurity frameworks
