Join our dynamic team as Education & Training Manager for our COMOS Plant Engineering

systems. In this role, you will own and continuously improve our COMOS training offering,

ensuring employees have the knowledge and support needed to successfully adopt and use the

systems.


Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop our education and training packages for our COMOS tools

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions (including logistics and participant

communication)

• Deliver training to groups and ensure the right trainer/SME coverage for all planned

sessions

• Maintain and update training materials to reflect system changes, feedback, and future

needs

• Build and coordinate a network of key users and collaborate with them to strengthen

adoption and support

• Align with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent training and readiness

across the organization

What You Bring

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant education

• Experience delivering training in an industrial/technical environment

• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) related to IT system rollouts,

preferably within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, service-minded approach

• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Engineering Systems at Siemens Energy Sweden acts as the link between end users and IT

development teams, ensuring our engineering systems deliver maximum value to the business.

The department is organized into six teams of business analysts and business support experts.

Our core responsibilities include enabling digitalization across engineering processes,

streamlining and simplifying data flows, maintaining the integrity of information architecture

across systems, and continuously improving how we support and optimize business processes.
