Engagement description
The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for its ERP program, with an additional responsibility as Coordinating Business Analyst. The role is part of a Joint Overall Design effort in which the ERP, WMS, and TMS programs jointly define the future logistics solution. The engagement covers both operational analysis work within ERP and coordination of requirements management across program boundaries.
Scope
• Business Analyst (approx. 70%): Drive analysis, requirements, and design within the ERP program
• Coordinating Business Analyst (approx. 30%): Coordinate and harmonize BA work across ERP, WMS, and TMS
Responsibilities
Business Analyst (ERP):
• Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Contribute to process and solution design
• Ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, and solution
• Identify dependencies and risks
• Collaborate with business, IT, architects, and vendors
Coordinating Business Analyst:
• Coordinate Business Analysts across the programs
• Establish shared methods, ways of working, and templates
• Ensure consistent requirements and process management
• Support quality and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to a sustainable, long-term BA capability
Deliverables (examples)
• Process maps (As-Is / To-Be)
• Business and functional requirements, user stories
• Gap and dependency analyses
• Information models and decision support material
• Requirements traceability and shared templates
Practical details
• Full-time, start week 33 (August 2026)
• The engagement primarily runs through Christmas, with possible extension
• Based at the client's head office in the Stockholm region
Success criteria for the engagement
• Clear representation of ERP in the joint design
• Well-defined and traceable requirements
• Early management of dependencies between ERP, WMS, and TMS
• Established shared ways of working and high-quality deliverables
Profile and qualifications
Required profile:
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP programs
• Experience with ERP transformations and complex requirements management
• Strong skills in process design and workshop facilitation
• Experience with cross-functional work
• Very strong communication skills (Swedish and English)
Nice to have:
• Experience in a lead/coordinating BA role
• Experience from logistics/supply chain or retail
• Experience with Infor M3, WMS, or TMS
• Experience from multi-vendor programs
Personal qualities:
A structured, analytical, and driven person with strong collaboration skills. Comfortable working in complex environments and building shared understanding between business and IT.
