Role description – Resource Manager

We are looking for a Resource Manager to support the management of ICT systems. The

role involves supporting core systems for leasing, including contract management,

financing, invoicing and billing flows, as well as invoice handling and document

management.

The assignment focuses on ensuring that assigned systems and resources are

operationally stable, compliant with regulatory and security requirements, and

managed throughout their lifecycle.

The Resource Managare will work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Credit

and Finance team), including Resource Owners, Product teams, and external vendors.

The Resource Manager will be a key person during the establishment of routines for a new

system (Incident Management etc) and have a key role during the cut-over and stabilization

phase as Incident Manager.

The Resource Manager is responsible for the following:

- Resource & Lifecycle Management

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on resource-related activities

• Maintain and update resource roadmaps and lifecycle plans (LCM)

• Ensure systems are available and performing according to agreed requirements

- Operational Performance

• Monitor and follow up on system performance, availability, and quality

• Ensure stable operations and continuous improvements

• Coordinate activities with technical teams and service providers

- Compliance, Risk & Security

• Ensure compliance with applicable:

o Information security policies

o Regulatory requirements (incl. financial and data protection/GDPR)

• Perform and follow up on controls, audits, and remediation actions

• Identify, assess, and manage ICT-related risks

• Ensure required documentation is maintained in relevant systems (e.g. CMDB)

- Incident & Problem Management

• Manage incident handling within scope, including:

o Escalation, coordination, and resolution

• Ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented

• Drive continuous improvement based on incident learnings

- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as point of coordination towards:

o Internal stakeholders

o External vendors and service providers

• Ensure vendor delivery is aligned with agreed scope, SLAs, and quality

expectations

• Facilitate operational and governance meetings

Required Competence

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations, service management, or similar roles

• Strong knowledge of:

o ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)

o ICT lifecycle management

o Risk, security, and compliance frameworks

• Proven experience working with outsourced vendors and multi-supplier

environments

• Ability to work independently, drive progress, and ensure delivery

• Experience from large transformation initiatives, including go-live / cutover phases

• Fluency in Swedish is required

• On-site presence in Solna is required

Meriting Qualifications

• Experience from financial services or other regulated industries

• Knowledge of ICT risk frameworks (e.g. DORA or equivalent)

• Experience working with CMDB / asset management tools (e.g. H2)
