The AI Solutions Specialist is a global enabling role that helps the organization

design, review, and operationalize AI solutions responsibly and at scale.

You will be a core contributor to architectural reviews, and play a key role in

creating and maintaining frameworks, policies, guidelines, reference

architectures, and learning material for AI-related activities across the enterprise.

The role focuses on ensuring that teams across regions and domains work on the

right problems, with the right tools, in the right way — balancing innovation

speed with security, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

Architectural reviews & solution guidance

• Participate in and support global AI architectural reviews, together with

Architects from various Data, AI or IT domains.

• Provide guidance on AI solution design, platform choices, and integration

patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.

• Act as a trusted AI advisor for domain teams, helping them mature solutions

from experimentation to production.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy, data strategy, and platform

roadmap.

Frameworks, policies & standards

• Contribute to the creation and evolution of AI frameworks and reference

architectures, AI policies, guidelines, and guardrails, and Architectural

Decision Records (ADRs) and review criteria.

• Translate regulatory and policy requirements (e.g., AI policy, risk

classification, governance) into practical, actionable guidance for teams.

• Help embed governance into platforms and delivery processes rather than

relying on manual controls.

Enablement & operational excellence

• Develop tutorials, templates, checklists, and examples that enable teams to

build AI solutions correctly from day one.

• Support the organization in adopting approved AI tools, platforms, and

patterns.

• Drive consistency and reusability across AI initiatives to reduce fragmentation

and rework.

• Promote best practices for responsible AI, security, data protection, and

lifecycle management.

Collaboration & influence

• Collaborate closely with AI Architects, solution architects, IT, Security,

Privacy, Compliance, and domain and product teams.

• Act as a bridge between strategy, architecture, and day-to-day AI delivery.

• Support internal communities of practice and knowledge sharing across

regions.

What success looks like in this role

• Architectural reviews lead to clear guidance and faster, better decisions.

• Teams can easily find and apply practical AI frameworks and standards.

• AI solutions across the organization become more consistent, secure, and
