Description: We are looking for a Project Manager Operational Development. The main task will be to identify efficiency opportunities, through value stream mapping of equivalent, within our development process and drive the implementation and change of the same. General description of the role: The Project Manager Operational Development is responsible to develop, maintain and improve processes, ways of working and tool support within Develop product and aftermarket product portfolio . Normally all assignments or projects are requested by Improvement Community or delegated forums, alternatively by process owners or process managers. The Project Manager Operational Development reports organizationally to the Director of Operational Excellence but also to different steering committees when running operational development projects. Responsibilities • Manage improvements, training and changes within the area of Project Handbook and corresponding tools. • Supports projects with setting up projects in different systems according to decided structure. • Support and educate organization in the management system. • Act as project manager for different operational development projects within and report to relevant steering committees. • Collaborate with different Areas regarding project management and governance content and tools. • Coach development of processes and writing instructions. Competences • Good overall understanding of the business. • Strong cross functional and interpersonal communication skills. • Experienced in project management, methods and tools. • Experienced in change management. • Leadership skills. • Knowledge about management systems. • Skilled in process development. • Skilled in writing instructions. • Ability to lead and implement improvement initiatives. • Coaching and training skills. • Knowledge about the process and product development projects
