Senior Business Demand Architect

Essential requirements:

•Good understanding of the utility- and electricity business. Experience from working in a large international company Long experience of working with business demand management in a business context (intake, analysis, prioritisation, value cases and follow-up).• Strong analytical skills: experience defining KPIs/OKRs, building decision material based on data, and collaborating with BI/analytics teams (e.g., dashboards, reporting, data quality and insights).

• Deep experience in business and IT architecture, covering both process, information and system view. Understanding and experience of agile methods and way of working.

• Fluent in Swedish and English in written and spoken.

• Strong skills in Enterprise Architecture, experience in Solution/application architecture is not mandatory but a welcome “plus”. Understanding of security regulations to ensure critical data is adequately protected, but at least confident in addressing security aspects into architecture work Master's degree with 10 years of experience in IT
