Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong architectural expertise and hands-on delivery experience across a broad technology landscape for our client. You will design and own end-to-end solutions—from idea to production—across cloud, applications, integrations, data, and AI-driven capabilities.

This is a hybrid role combining architecture and hands-on work. You will guide teams, contribute to development where needed, and ensure solutions are practical, secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will translate business needs into technical designs and actionable delivery plans, working closely with teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for a versatile technologist rather than a narrow specialist—someone comfortable across architecture, engineering, cloud, data, and AI. You should be able to apply modern practices, including AI-assisted development, in a responsible and value-driven way.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution design and delivery

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and plans

• Lead architecture decisions and support teams through implementation

• Contribute hands-on in complex or critical areas

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable

• Promote strong engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring, etc.)

• Identify risks and balance quality, speed, and long-term sustainability

• Drive effective use of AI in solutions and development practices

• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders and customers

Technical leadership:

• Design architectures across Azure, .NET, APIs, integrations, and data

• Define patterns, standards, and best practices

• Guide AI adoption, including agentic workflows and AI-enabled features

• Ensure high standards in security, observability, and deployment

• Support teams with hands-on guidance, reviews, and coaching

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or solution delivery

• Strong experience with Azure, .NET, APIs, integrations, and data

• Experience or understanding of AI in enterprise solutions

• Certifications in cloud, architecture, or DevOps are a plus
