Lösningsarkitekt inom E2E‑planering
Our client is searching for a consultant responsible for designing and implementing solutions in Kinaxis’ planning solution intended to support the costumers business needs and digital roadmap in E2E planning.
It acts as a bridge between the technical data model in the planning tool and the technical solution, with a strong focus on business requirements.
Key tasks performed by the role are:
· As part of E2E planning team collect and understand business requirements from process and system owners
· Identifying potential technology solutions for the given needs
· Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution from technical perspective
· Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
· In project context operate as solution architect role and drive enhancements in case of smaller scope
· To support digitalization overseeing the impact on data models in Maestro and suggest adoption and redesign on pro-active way
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Understanding Business Needs and Objectives: collect business requirements, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and planning strategy
2. Analysing existing Kinaxis solution and recommending improvements: Assess current systems, identifying areas for enhancement or replacement to increase performance, secure future proof set up
3. Create technical documentation & knowledge transition: The role will be responsible to document solution designs supported by sustainment team and map the data model in Kinaxis solutions and making them accessible to stakeholders. Secure knowledge build-up with E2E planning team and Key user organization when required
4. Evaluating and selecting solutions: The Business solution architect recommends appropriate solutions based on project requirements. Balance between standard solution and Kinaxis ability to enhance product and agree on best possible solution with stakeholders
5. Coordinating with Stakeholders: As part of the E2E planning team the role collaborates with IT Service owner to connected systems, business areas, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
6. Overseeing Solution Implementation and Integration: Guide the development process, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, judge when configuration can be done within the role or external
KEY DECISIONS
· Design Choices: consider the data model in Maestro (former Rapid Response) and secure it is supporting needed solution and business needs; align recommendation with Senior process application specialist
· Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and propose alternatives to mitigate them in order to stabilize planning tool and secure performance and security.
· Integration Strategies: Be involved in decision how different IT tool in planning area are integrated, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
· Scalability and Performance: Determine how the planning solution will handle growth and maintain performance under varying loads.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Competencies- Behavioural areas:
· Consultant having hands on experience form SC work, understanding what leadtimes, lot sizes etc really do rather than only being a programmer
· Manufacturing experience in general process
· SAP experience such as:
o SAP product planning and material master data experience ( work enter shifts, BOM, routings, proction versions etc)
· Maestro experience such as:
o Capacity constraint planning
o Order points capability in Maestro used for supermarket configuration
o ABP in Maestro
o MLS in Maestro
o Planning master data knowledge (SC network experience more than demand side)
o Understanding of integration Maestro to SAP in closed loop functionality
o Authoring experience & workbook design knowledge

Qualifications and experience
· University degree in IT, computer science or software engineering
· At least 5 years work experience related to software implementation; and project management
· Experienced and skilled user of planning tools (SAP APO-module, Rapid Response) transactional tool (SAP ECC) and reporting tools (Cognos, MS Excel, Power BI)
· Excellent level of both written and spoken English
· Experience working in an international multicultural environment

· Preferably experience in role as solution design lead
