Solution Architect

Essential requirements:

• Senior Architecture Experience (9+ years)

Proven experience as Solution Architect / Domain Architect / Enterprise Architect in complex, large-scale environments.

• Complex Stakeholder & Architecture Leadership

Strong ability to structure, lead, and drive architectural topics across multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and constraints.

• Domain Knowledge in CLM / KYC / Compliance / MDM

Hands-on experience in at least one of: Customer Lifecycle Management, KYC, onboarding, master data, compliance, or core banking transformation.

• Architecture Design with Clear Ownership & Boundaries

Ability to design architectures with clear domain boundaries, ownership models, lifecycle responsibility, and accountability.

• Balancing Target Architecture with Transition States

Experience defining long-term target architecture while managing legacy coexistence and realistic transition/roadmaps.

Meritorious:

• Customer & Party Data Architecture

Experience designing or governing customer master data / party models.

• KYC / Financial Crime Processes

Knowledge of regulatory flows, AML, and KYC assessment processes.

• CRM & Customer Engagement Architecture

Exposure to multi-CRM environments and unified customer view strategies.

• Payments / Core Banking Modernization

Experience supporting transformation initiatives (e.g., payments, ledger renewal) in regulated environments.
