These are some of the great improvements we are releasing; <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More information per consultant in&nbsp;<em>Forecast<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Improved functionality for <em>Partnerships<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Simplified text comparison of presentation in the consultant resume.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Read more in-depth about all the news below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We also want to take the time to mention our new&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cinode.com\/sa-skapar-du-vinnande-konsultprofiler\/\"><strong><em>Guide \u2013 How to create attractive consultant profiles<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em>.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Improved Information in Utilization &#8211; Forecast<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Due to popular demand, we have improved the information shown in <em>Utilization \u2013 Forecast<\/em> for Talent Business users.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the forecast view was supposed to only provide information regarding the utilization of each consultant and team, and a total, cumulative utilization in percentages based on levels and scope of employment in the team. As we are now aware that the forecast is often used in project planning, we have increased the amount of information shown in this view. By clicking the arrow next to the consultant\u2019s name, you get more information, such as allocated and preliminarily allocated roles, and absence.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to it being easier to derive figures from this view, you can also use the forecast view to plan the consultant\u2019s billable time, and for proactive sales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12496\" src=\"https:\/\/cinode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/utilization_english_2-570x250-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"250\"><\/p>\n<p>Just like all other views in Cinode, the consultant\u2019s name and role title is clickable.<\/p>\n<p>When you click you navigate to a certain role, for example to add a preliminarily booked consultant or to go to the consultant\u2019s page to download or create a consultant resume.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Simplify Your Partnerships<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The partner feature has been improved to make <em>Partnerships<\/em> easier in Cinode. In addition to rewriting the frontend technology, we also took the time to improve the usability. The features are the same, but access to buttons and the presentation of information is improved.<\/p>\n<p>Click on a line, either on Assignment to get to the assignment, or click on an inquiry to immediately view details.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sub-contractors<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To make it easier to work with sub-consultants, we have enabled <em>Partner Manager<\/em> users to update availability for sub-consultants. This means that sub-consultants don\u2019t have to change their availability. Instead, it can also be administered by the <em>Partner Manager<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12498\" src=\"https:\/\/cinode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/sub_contractor-570x541-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"541\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12499\" src=\"https:\/\/cinode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/availability-570x486-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"486\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enhanced View for New Assignments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have enhanced the view for when a new assignment is registered to also add information about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desired status (often Open or Won)<\/li>\n<li>Description<\/li>\n<li>Desired step in the pipeline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that the desired status for an assignment is now mandatory, even if the allocation of the assignment is final. As the default value is Open, you have to change status manually for assignments that should have the status Won.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Compare Presentation Texts in the <em>Consultant Resume<\/em> with the <em>Profile<\/em> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have made it easier to compare the consultant\u2019s basic information in <em>Profile<\/em> when you change the presentation in the consultant resume.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation text for the <em>Consultant Resume<\/em> is shown to the left, and the text in the <em>Profile<\/em> is to the right.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12497\" src=\"https:\/\/cinode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/edit_resume-570x346-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"346\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Improvements in Recruitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To make it easier for users using the <em>Events<\/em> features in <em>Recruitment<\/em>, we have made access to information easier.<\/p>\n<p>Hover over a name or comment to view an information box about the candidate or the comment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Assignment \u2013 Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the <em>Delivery<\/em> view in the <em>Assignment<\/em> feature, we have added a new filter called <em>Sales Manager <\/em>to make filtering of assignments easier.<\/p>\n<p>Sales representatives can now filter their assignment to follow work in role allocation. The person who adds a new assignment is the default sales manager, unless this is changed manually for the assignment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Improvements in Exports<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have enhanced three different exports with the following requested fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The export&nbsp;\u2018<strong>All assignments and roles\u2019 <\/strong>has been updated with two new fields: Assignment Description and Role Description.<\/li>\n<li>The export \u2018<strong>Ongoing assignments and roles<\/strong>\u2019 has been updated with three new fields: Assignment Description, Role Description, and Scope.<\/li>\n<li>The export \u2018<strong>Absence<\/strong>\u2019 has been updated with fields for first and last name. Previously there was only an employment number in the results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget that you can always read short release notes in our FAQ, which we continuously update when we launch new releases.
