Nexer Group, formerly Sigma IT, chooses the Skills Management platform Cinode<\/a> to leverage their internal processes for occupancy, matching, and partner business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people at Nexer are experts in digital transformation, and the company delivers services in IT, Strategy, and RnD. Nexer is headquartered in Gothenburg, but they have 2000 employees spread across offices in ten countries. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nexer<\/a> is now taking the next step in digitizing their business and daily operations, choosing Cinode to manage their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Our employees and our skills supply are our most important assets. With Cinode, we can visualise our skills supply internally, which helps us streamline our sales and delivery processes. Now, we can quickly create professional consultant profiles, match our employees with assignments, and work more efficiently with our external partners. The platform implementation process, including the implementation of integrations and AD solutions, has been smooth sailing. The same goes for the onboarding process.
