Managing leads, opportunities and the closing of deals as well as delivering smooth onboarding and coaching to our customers is what we love to do in our team!


We are growing quickly and customers need our help - we need to expand both our Online/Real Time Sales team as well as our Enterprise team of Account Executives.





Junior Sales Specialist



The Real Time Sales (RTS) -team exists to drive new business for Cinode solutions with potential customers. The purpose of Junior Sales Specialist role is to help grow the company by closing sales and helping our current and future clients.

Your goal will be to develop qualified leads and opportunities. Part of your responsibility is to manage sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with prospects from the very first contact.

Main focus of the role is to efficiently manage the Digital Sales Channel(s). Role includes active dialog with clients with chat, phone, email, social media etc.

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, and following up on leads via email, chat or phone. Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information via email.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Having a data-driven mindset and the curiosity to improve our way of working. Mastering Cinode platform will be crucial part of your future success too.

Key Responsibilities


  • Move the customer effectively through the sales cycle to close the deal and generate new sales.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of our products and services.
  • Reach Quota Goals
  • Data-driven approach to identify improvements across the sales cycle
  • Responsible that the Product Qualified Lead – pipeline is handled properly and efficiently
