The online sales team exists to drive new business for Cinode solutions with potential customers.
As an online sales executive, your goal will be to develop qualified leads and opportunities. Part of your responsibility is to manage the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with prospects from the very first contact.
The main focus of the role is to efficiently manage the Digital Sales Channel(s). The role includes active dialog with clients with chat, phone, email, social media etc.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, and following up on leads via email, chat or phone. Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information via email.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Having a data-driven mindset and the curiosity to improve our way of working. Mastering Cinode platform will be crucial part of your future success too.
