Managing leads, opportunities and the closing of deals as well as delivering smooth onboarding and coaching to our customers is what we love to do in our team!

We are growing quickly and customers need our help - we need to expand both our Online/Real Time Sales team as well as our Enterprise team of Account Executives.

Account Executive

Stockholm, Helsinki

Cinode is expanding and we are always on the lookout for talented account executives in Stockholm and Helsinki. As an Account Executives, you are responsible for securing Cinode's position as the leading Skills Management platform. We want to be top of mind when organisations are looking for a platform to increase growth and profitability.
This job is fast-paced and requires networking skills, business acumen and a strong engagement.

Key tasks

  • Prospecting, smartbound, social selling and other lead generating activities.
  • Book and execute customer meetings (5-7 meetings per week, or more).
  • Pipeline management and closing deals.Handover to Customer Success organization.Reporting and follow-up.


  • Increase the number of customers in defined market territory - reach established sales quota
  • Reach required activity level and number of touch points needed to reach sales results
  • Share and contribute to the overall success of Cinode’s Marketing & Sales team’s results. We work proactively as a team, individual efforts are however key to succeed


  • Minimum 3 years in B2B solution sales with proven results.
  • Business acumen and demonstrated ability reach sales targets.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (and Finnish for the role in the Finnish market).


  • Large network in IT, Technology and management consulting industry.
  • Background from consulting firm, as consultant manager, sales manager, division manager or working at broker.
  • Senior sales experience, managing workshops at potential enterprise customers.


  • Goal- and solution oriented.
  • Business Acumen - ability to quickly analyse customer needs, build trust and strong relationships.
  • Presentation, consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Grit and buoyancy.


  • Ambition and sense of urgency. Fearless.
  • Self-motivated and proactive that gets things done!
  • Enthusiastic, perseverant and ability to accelerate and develop Cinode’s presence by high activity level, relationship building and trust.
