NEW FEATURE – Skills set

Many companies are very good at recruiting the right skills, but not always as good at continuously managing and refining them.

We have created skills set so that you can easily keep track of the skills of your employees, how they correspond to the “ideal” profiles you have set internally, and how well they match assignment-specific requirements.

When you know your skills and how they align with the customer/assignment/market requirements, it’s easier to make quick and efficient decisions whether you should reskill, upskill, or recruit.

Skills set 101

The feature helps you procure the optimal sets of skills based on either assignment-specific criteria, your customers’ needs, or your internal needs/ideal profile.

  1.  You create and edit your skills sets via Cinodes admin function.
  1. When you have accessed the admin function, go to processes and skills sets.
  1. First, you need to name your skills set
  1. You can either create subcategories for the skill set or directly add other relevant competencies under the heading.
  2. Type in the skills and click “add”.

Skills reports

When you have defined your skills sets, proceed to the report function. The report function helps you analyze your internal skill supply and your skills gap. Choose a skill set to see how well your consultants match the specified skill set. In the report function, you can see all the internal skills and each employee’s skills level, as well as any skills that your employees might lack.

Skills sets can also be used as an outline during client discussion, and as a part of your offer/proposal.
